NRHyA TREASURER: ABIGAIL GRABEIN
Age: 17 City/ State: Houston, TX A bit about myself: I have been a member of the NRHA and the NRHyA for the past seven years. I am also a member of SWRHA, TRHA, AQHA and AQHYA. 2008 will be my first year to serve as a NRHyA officer. In 2006 and 2007 I was a regional delegate. I graduated high school in June of 2007 and I have been an intern for my trainer, Nathan Piper, since graduation. In August 2008 I will be attending Texas A&M University and I will be a part of the women's equestrian team there. I am very excited and thankful to be a youth officer this year. I hope to meet many new people and to help all the youth become whole-heartedly involved in their association. |
Treasurer: The Treasurer shall be responsible for the keeping of an up –to date account on funds in the youth budget, and the balancing of the checkbook. The Treasurer shall take part of examining the financial needs of planned projects and consider the future needs of the NRHYA. They must report all expenditures to the NRHA Youth Executive Committee. The Treasure may sometimes have to fulfill other duties assigned by the President.
