NRHyA PRESIDENT: IAN BARNARD
Age: 18 City/ State: Kendallville, IN A bit about myself: I am an undergraduate studying pre-veterinary medicine at Purdue University. I have been showing Reining horses for seven years now, and this is my last year showing in the youth. I am the 2008 NRHyA President and look forward to another exciting year with NRHyA. |
President: The President shall be the chief executive officer of the association and shall have general supervision of the affairs of the association, subject to the direction of the NRHYA executive committee. The President shall appoint all committees of the association subject to the approval of the Youth executive committee. The President is also responsible for writing a bi-monthly president’s letter and articles for other equine publications, making presentations to various equine organizations, creating educational and interactive activities for members and most importantly, the President shall represents the association in a positive manner. No President shall server two terms.
